If you need any vinyl envelopes, we can help you. Vinyl envelopes are used to keep documents protected in the plant or shop areas. The envelopes are transparent so you can see through to read the paperwork inside without removing it and exposing it to the elements.

Sewn Vinyl Envelopes

We use clear 8 gauge pvc vinyl with sewn vinyl around the edges which then holds the envelope together. This is sewn with heavy duty industrial stitching which resists tearing.

We can use seven different binding colors to hold the envelope together. These colors are black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, or burgundy. Double or triple pocket options are available.

Heat Sealed Envelopes

We use the same 8 gauge clear vinyl, but we heat seal the three edges instead of sewing them for closure. Many different styles available. There is an overlapping flap, short lip, zipper envelope, self adhesive, and double pocketed.

Stock or custom sizes. Some items may require a new die tool for manufacturing. Both style envelopes come in stock sizes such as 3 x 5″, 4 x 6″, 6 x 9″, 8 1/2 x 11″, 9 x 12″, 10 x 15″, 11 x 14″, 11 x 17″, 12 x 18″.
